28 Lyndhurst Road is located in Hampstead, which is in the London Borough of Camden in North London. The property is situated on the southern side of Lyndhurst Road approximately 100 metres to the east of its junction with Fitzjohn’s Avenue. Hampstead village is located approximately 500 metres (0.3 miles) to the north, while the green open spaces of Hampstead Heath (0.55 miles to the north east), Primrose Hill (1 mile to the south east) and Regents Park (1.35 miles to the south) are all located nearby.

Lyndhurst Road is a desirable tree lined residential road, largely characterised by substantial detached and semi detached period properties. It runs between Fitzjohns Avenue (B511) in the west, to Haverstock Hill (A502) to the east. Fitzjohns Avenue provides access north to Hampstead Village and south to join the Finchley Road (A41) which in turn provides access into Central London via Baker Street, and out of London to the West via the A40.

The area benefits from excellent public transport amenities with Hampstead Underground Stations (Northern Line) located approximately 650 metres to the north, while Finchley Road Underground Station (Jubilee and Metropolitan Lines) is located approximately 700 metres to the south west. Road communications are also good with the A41 located 350m to the south providing access north west to the M1 and south east to central London.
