Parkwood Point

19-22 St. Edmunds Terrace
St. John’s Wood
London NW8 7QQ

Whether you’re looking to re-locate to Central London for work, starting to downsize, or simply in search of spacious and luxurious city living, Parkwood Point is perfect.

Located in the heart of the exclusive NW8 neighbourhood, Parkwood Point is perched in the middle of the tree-lined and alluring street of St Edmunds Terrace.  Originally built in the 1990s as two purpose built apartments blocks, the building has undergone extensive external and internal refurbishment works. It now boasts a stunning variety of two luxury houses, three breathtaking bespoke penthouses and a combination of over fifteen elegant 2,3- and 4-bedroom apartments. The fully gated complex, with concierge services, houses all these units and offers all the modern amenities tenants would expect from a luxurious twenty first century development. These range from widespread CCTV to designated passenger and service lifts and underground parking.

With apartment sizes ranging approximately from 492 sqft to 4523 sqft, a choice of flat layouts and configurations in every apartment, the flats at Parkwood Point satisfy all our tenants need for spacious living as well as high end bespoke luxurious interior finishes. We endeavour to use only the finest quality products for our interiors; sourcing our Kitchens from Italy and Germany and ordering appliances from designer brands such as Hansgrohe, Miele and Gaggenau.

All apartments are fully compatible for any future technological requirements; including communal Sky+, Hotbird Dish and broadband. Flats come with pre-installed with audio visual entry phone system, are fully Air-Conditioned and to complete the package each apartment includes a designated secure off the street parking spot and are fully Wi-Fi ready.

Parkwood Point offers a close proximity to transport links. Swiss Cottage (Jubilee Line) and St Johns Wood are a few minutes walk. Here you can access Bond Street in 7 minutes, London Bridge in 13 and Canary Wharf in 23.

Because of this, we are proud to put our SDIAM signature on all these fantastic apartments and indeed the whole complex of Parkwood Point.
